There is still time before the start of the sugar beet season to improve the quality of root crops. Our experience shows – even at the end of the season, a significant step can be made towards a higher sugar yield.
Numerous field trials over the years have confirmed that post-emergence fertilization with ECOLINE Phosphite (K-Amino) at a dose of 2.0 l/ha one month before harvest increases the sugar content by 0.5-1.5%, increases sugar yield and profitability of cultivation. This is achieved by combining phosphite with L-α-amino acids, which activate the flow of sugars from leaves to root crops.
