If your rapeseed is now at the 4–6 leaf stage, it is the right time to assess its boron supply.
Why should you not postpone it?
Boron takes part in the formation of cell structures, the transport of carbohydrates and the normal development of the growing point. For rapeseed that must enter winter well developed, this is critically important.
One more point: do not wait for a pronounced boron deficiency. Once visual symptoms have appeared, the problem is much harder to correct.
